Refund policy
You may return full-priced items within 30 days or sale items within 7 days.
To return your items please send an email to sliema@longchamp.mt or call us on +356 2203 5208.
In all cases, please ensure that all items returned are in their original condition, with their original packaging, and provide a copy of your invoice. Incomplete, used, damaged or sullied returned items will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the same method used by you to purchase the products. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Items purchased on a gift card can only be refunded to a gift card. Gift cards are non-refundable.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
LONGCHAMP's After-Sales Service can provide repairs for wear of your item(s), as well as repairs which are covered by your Statutory Guarantees.
The best way to contact our After-Sales Service is through the e-mail address shown at the beginning of this document.
You can also visit any LONGCHAMP Store or authorised LONGCHAMP reseller.
Your item(s) will be sent to our workshops in Paris to be inspected and who will take the appropriate decision. This may take 6-8 weeks
Should our workshops identify and confirm a manufacturing fault, we will repair your item(s) free-of-charge.
For items which have already been used, the repair may be charged. The price will be provided when you hand over your item.
Your item will not be repaired if it is too worn. If this is the case, it will be returned to you in its current condition.
